Does Yapi offer a trial period?

We do not offer a trial period, but you will see a live software environment during your demo. We can also share a sample environment to have a hands-on experience with select features upon request after your demo.

Am I locked into a contract with Yapi?

We provide convenient month-to-month subscription options, or you can choose to pay annually for the best discounted rate.

Are there any setup fees with Yapi?

There is a $299 one-time setup and customization fee that includes all training and support for the lifetime of your subscription. This setup fee also includes document customization for up to 10 custom forms for your practice. The setup fee can be waived with our annual payment option.

Is training + support free with Yapi?

All product training and support are included with your subscription! You will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure you are in great hands every step of the way. We provide onboarding and live product coaching sessions hosted remotely for your team – we even help provide training for newer team members as needed!
