Do The Right Thing
Doing the right thing is not always the same as doing the easy thing. We strive to always act with integrity. We recognize that our company is made up of humans and that, occasionally, mistakes will happen. Therefore, when something goes wrong, we resolve to do the right thing: own our mistakes, take corrective action, and learn from experience.
Our business may be software development, but our success is all about customer service. We always aim to exceed expectations. We encourage our team members to look at our business through the eyes of the customer because we don’t want to stop at delivering what works; we want to go the extra mile to deliver what delights.
Taking care of our customers is everyone’s job. Every member of our team has the power to make the difference. Every team member is empowered to have an ownership mentality and to take the initiative to make our company and our products better. So if something goes wrong, we step up to the plate, “own” the problem and make things right.

YAPI was born in a dental office. Unlike many other software companies that cater to all kinds of businesses; we’ve always been solely focused on helping dental practices succeed.
